  • a non-government organisation;
  • a public Company limited by Guarantee not having a share capital;
  • incorporated under Commonwealth Corporations Law Provisions; and
  • a Public Benevolent Institution under Australian taxation legislation (this means that all donations $2.00 and over to NACCHO are tax deductible).

As a donor, if you are interested we can arrange for you to:

  • Meet Aboriginal people working in primary health care;
  • Receive invitations to NACCHO launches and other events;
  • Be included on the NACCHO mailing list to receive the quarterly NACCHO newsletter and the annual report; and
  • Have the knowledge that they are helping Aboriginal people take control of their own health.

If you would like us to arrange any of these please contact the NACCHO Secretariat on 02 6248 0644.

Purchase Aboriginal Art

As an alternative form of donation you might like to consider commissioning an Artwork from Dr Mick Adams, former Chair of NACCHO. Dr Mick Adams is a descendent of the Yadhiagana people of Cape York Peninsula in Queensland and has traditional family ties with the Grindji/Wardaman people of central western Northern Territory and an extended family relationship with the people of the Torres Straits, Warlpiri (Yuendumu) and East Arnhem Land (Gurrumaru) communities. He spent his childhood growing up in Darwin's Parap Camp community. He donated the works below to be auctioned to raise funds for Friends of NACCHO and is willing to be commissioned for works for an appropriate donation.
