What began as a dream to create a safe, supportive and culturally grounded space for women seeking change has grown into a place of healing, connection and transformation.
Over the past four years, more than 380 courageous women have walked through our doors — each with their own story, strength and journey.
Every woman who has come to The Glen for Women has helped shape the spirit of this place through resilience, honesty, laughter, tears, growth and sisterhood.
Today we honour the strong women who fought tirelessly for this service to become a reality. The women who poured their hearts and souls into creating a place where women could feel safe, seen, supported and empowered to reclaim their lives.
We also acknowledge our staff, Elders, families, supporters and wider community who continue to walk beside our women every step of the way.
Four years on, our commitment remains the same:
To walk alongside women with love, respect, culture and unwavering belief in their ability to heal and thrive.
Today we celebrate every milestone, every breakthrough, every reunion, every sober birthday, every hard conversation, every laugh around the table and every woman who chose herself and a better future.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey so far.
