Live a Healthy Story- Episode 1. What the Data Really Says?

My name is Oliver Tye. I’m a 4th year science student at ANU and a policy officer here at NACCHO. As part of my work at ANU and at NACCHO, I’ve decided to make a 3 part series on Aboriginal health called “Live a Healthy Story”, which will look quickly at Aboriginal health in three broad topics. This is Episode 1, “What the Data Really Says?”. A lot of information is out there on Aboriginal Health. Some of it old, some of it misleading, but the best conclusions draw on the best data. Here, I’ll summarise some of what I think are some interesting recent findings from the AIHW, ABS and more. Remember, Live a Healthy Story.
