We’re hiring a Family Support Worker to promote physical, emotional, and social health for our mob in Albury Wodonga.
With a Bachelor of Health Science, Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Health, Aboriginal Health Studies Certificate 4, or related quals/experience in Aboriginal health, you’ll work with families to assess, consult, and provide case management, group work, education, supportive counselling, and referrals as required.
• You need to be awesome at community engagement
• Have strong communication skills
• Disciplined to work independently
• Experience in multidisciplinary team environments
