Location: Highgate, Perth WAEmployment Type: Flexible Part-Time (0.5FTE) opportunity offering a great work/life balanceEmployment Category: PermanentRemuneration: $66,947.14 – $75,026.97 per annum pro rata superannuation salary sacrificeReporting to the Contracts and Compliance Coordinator this position is responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support within the Business Development and Compliance Work Unit. This includes but is not limited to the functions of; grant application, contract negotiation and management, report writing and quality, risk, compliance and governance systems management.This position works alongside the close-knit Business Development and Compliance Team, which collectively focuses on business development and strategy, providing support to the Aboriginal Health Council of Western Australia and it’s Member Services with grant applications, contracting, negotiation and reporting. The unit also manages all funding and submissions to key funding bodies, supporting future infrastructure, financing options and assisting with initiatives to drive efficient costs and enhance value for money within the organisation. This Team is also responsible for supporting the organisation to maintain quality, safety, risk, compliance and governance systems by maintaining a quality management system which is based on ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.
