First Nations Clinical Educator (Lecturer in Rural Health)

  • Help build service delivery capacity within First Nations health settings.

This is a newly created opportunity to support the development of quality rural clinical training experiences for health professional students.

The position will engage in activities related to developing clinical placement opportunities as well as teaching and supporting students and clinicians within First Nations health settings.

This position would ideally suit an individual with a clinical background or current registration in health, a passion to develop educational material, and a willingness to contribute to research that impacts the health of rural First Nations people.

The Three Rivers Department of Rural Health is based at Charles Sturt University in New South Wales’s Riverina and Central West region. Three Rivers DRH aims to support the growth and development of the rural health workforce through supporting students in rural clinical and academic experiences and rural health research.
