Workforce Development Officer
Workforce Development Officer Full time position – 38 hours per week Role purposeThe objective of the Workforce Development Officer is to increase the current and future capacity of the organisation to meet service and business needs. Under the direction of the Workforce Development Manager and Executive Manager of People and Culture, the position provides coordination and administration of learning and development projects; and develop partnerships with relevant stakeholders to nurture talent pipelines for future opportunities across the organisation.The successful applicant is required to have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) with understanding of the Australian Qualifications Framework and Training Packages.
