Congratulations Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Graduates!

Congratulations Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Graduates!

A huge congratulations to the graduates of the Trainer & Assessor Demonstration Program and the first cohort to graduate the Building the First Nations VET Workforce Program who have all received their Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

“Every Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander trainer we qualify is a workforce multiplier. They can train cohort after cohort across health, aged care, disability, early childhood and community services. The qualification belongs to one person, but the capability stays with the community.”
-Dr Dawn Casey, NACCHO CEO

Led by NACCHO, delivered by MRWED Training and Assessment, supported by Aboriginal Community Controlled RTOs and funded by DEWR, the program has prepared graduates from health, early childhood, aged care, disability, community services and other sectors to return to their organisations as qualified trainers and assessors.

We can’t wait to see you mob out there training Community and helping to shape the way for our people in our Communities.
