Connection. Strength. Resilience: Social and Emotional Wellbeing Resources and Information

Welcome to the NACCHO Connection, Strength and Resilience Portal. This portal provides a set of resources aimed at supporting resilience and reducing social and emotional harms to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

The wellbeing resources and tools are freely available and have been developed with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to support our mob, our communities and our workforce to help keep you safe and well. Building Connection, Strength, Resilience is at the heart of these resources, which comprise factsheets, support websites, apps, posters, videos and other critical tools.

If you need health or wellbeing support for yourself, a friend or family member, please contact an Aboriginal Community-Controlled Health Organisation (ACCHO) near you. To find an ACCHO in your area click here.

#ThisDayMyWay Campaign

#ThisDayMyWay is an opportunity to take ownership over a day that can bring up complex emotions for a lot of us. It’s an opportunity to spark important and healthy conversations between mob that help us look after ourselves and each other around 26 January.

NACCHO has created a social media campaign where you can scan the QR code below and share how you’re spending this day, your way.
Or, head to NACCHO’s Instagram to try our filter there.
