Deadly Choices Indigenous Senior Games

CRAICCHS wrote on social media:

Our Elders recently travelled to Brisbane to take part in the Deadly Choices Indigenous Senior Games, enjoying the opportunity to come together, connect with other Elders, family and friends, and celebrate the spirit of community, health and wellbeing.

The Games provided plenty of fun, friendly competition and meaningful moments, with many wonderful memories made along the way.

Stephanie Button, one of our Integrated Health Co-Facilitators, shared that the Elders were incredibly grateful for the opportunity and greatly valued the support provided by CRAICCHS in making the trip possible. The experience was both enjoyable and meaningful, and everyone returned home already looking forward to the next Senior Games.

Thank you to our Elders for representing community with such enthusiasm and for sharing this special experience with us.
