Led this year by the incredible Della Bedford and Ismahl Croft, in Strong Born tshirts the 200 strong Fitzroy Valley, including schools from across the valley joined together as one to remember the importance of the no alchohol in pregnancy to prevent FASD message.
Gathering at the Visitor Centre’s lawn to complete banners and then marching together to the oval to hear important speeches and be welcomed to country by Bunuba elder, Jane Bieundurry, it was important for everyone to remember the hard work that has been done over the last 20 years, while enjoying a great feed, games and music.
Huge thanks to all the community organisations that came togther to make the event the special community moment that it was.
