Specialised governance workshops for Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations.

Specialised governance workshops for Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations will be delivered in multiple locations during 2024 to 2025.

The workshops are free for NACCHO members and affiliates and build our critical governance capacity.

The program is delivered by legal experts and covers the following core fundamentals:

  • Principles of good governance;
  • Managing conflicts of interest;
  • Managing risk (e.g. contract execution, etc.);
  • Delegation of powers;
  • Finance for Boards;
  • Structure and role of boards and sub-committees; and
  • Governance documents.

  • Perth: 20-21 May
