Join the Movement to Transform Diabetes Care!

The Australian Diabetes Clinical Quality Registry (ADCQR), launched in 2023, is a national initiative to improve the quality of diabetes care and reduce variation in care. By tracking and reporting on care processes and outcomes, the ADCQR aims to improve health outcomes and quality of life for people living with diabetes. The ADCQR provides benchmarking for participating health services against clinical guidelines and peer performance, offering valuable feedback to clinicians and health services to support continuous improvement in care.

The ADCQR is now inviting expressions of interest from health services delivering diabetes care to join the program in 2026. Services across all settings from tertiary hospitals to primary care, are encouraged to participate. Be part of a collaborative network committed to raising the standard of diabetes care nationwide.

For more information about the ADCQR, please visit the ADCQR website or email adcqr@monash.edu

To register interest in participation, please complete the ADCQR registration form and return it to the ADCQR Secretariat at adcqr@monash.edu
