This National Diabetes Week check out the NACCHO Diabetes Learning Hub

This suite of ‘Health Strong, Diabetes Gone’ online learning modules helps health professionals build their knowledge and confidence in delivering culturally safe, person-centred diabetes care.
 
Delivered fully online, the modules allow you to learn at your own pace while earning CPD points accredited through NAATSIHWP.
 
As an added incentive, NACCHO is offering a limited-edition Health Strong Diabetes Gone polo shirt to the first 100 learners who complete all four courses.

Health Strong, Diabetes Gone is a national diabetes education program led by NACCHO in partnership with the Bupa Foundation. The program strengthens the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health workforce, building the skills and knowledge of Aboriginal Health Workers and Practitioners to prevent, diagnose and manage diabetes within community, ensuring diabetes care remains community-led, culturally safe and locally delivered.
