The purpose of the Conflict of Interest policy is to help Board members of the Company to effectively identify, disclose and manage any actual, potential or perceived conflicts of interest to protect the integrity of the Company and manage risk.   

The Committee Terms of Reference outlines the role of the Committee and specifies how it is to be governed. This Committee Terms of Reference sets out the roles and responsibilities of the Committee, as well as guidance relating to the membership and the operation of the Committee.
